The Child Advocacy Center (CAC)

Based on its longstanding actions, experience and expertise in the area of child protection "The Smile of the Child" have established this Center with the goal to ensure a child-friendly justice.

The specially designed facility operates in a building of the Organization, where children are involved under full protection in legal procedures as victims or witnesses.

"The Smile of the Child" has set this particular facility at the disposal of competent authorities (judicial, prosecutorial and law enforcement authorities) as well as healthcare professionals.

The main objective is to handle cases of child abuse based on a multi-disciplinary team able to address cases of violence against children.violence against children.
